What type of guarantee comes with the product?

All products that Michael's Appliance Center sells come complete with the manufacturer's warranty. Michael's Appliance Center offers extended warranties on all the products we sell.

Can I get my new product installed?

Professional delivery and/or installation is available for every product we sell within our local delivery area. Michael's Appliance Center would be happy to coordinate delivery and/or installation for you whenever possible; however understand that deliveries/installations outside our local service area may require you to arrange delivery/installation yourself.

What is the best way to shop at Michael's Appliance Center?

All methods are good but the "in store" experience, with the product right in front of you, with our professional staff assisting you, is always the best.

Is there anything else I will need to complete installation of my appliance?

REFRIGERATORS
Refrigerators that come with automatic icemakers or water dispensers need to have the water lines hooked up. To have the lines installed, you can either purchase them at a hardware store or install yourself, or you can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.

ELECTRIC RANGES AND DRYERS
Since wall sockets vary from home to home, and region to region, electric ranges and dryers are built and shipped without an attached electric cord. You can check the electrical outlet type in your home, and purchase the appropriate cord from local appliance or hardware stores. Otherwise, you can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.

GAS RANGES AND DRYERS
Gas appliances are shipped without connecting gas lines and installation is not part of the delivery. Customers using bottled gas (IE LP, Butane) may need additional components/service for installation. You can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.

WASHING MACHINES
Water hoses may or may not be included with the Washing Machine and can be installed with minimal difficulty. You can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.

DISHWASHERS
Hose hook up is not part of the delivery. To have the water hoses installed, you can either purchase them at a hardware store or install yourself, or you can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.

BUILT-IN APPLIANCES
Appliances that are going to be "built-in" to your home will require installation, which is not part of our delivery. You can contact local appliance service or remodeling companies to perform this work for you. Since custom installation varies from project to project, we'd recommend you check with a couple of companies and compare their prices and services.
